ANDRZEJ KRZECZUNOWICZ - Master's in History, University of St. Andrews (Scotland). Post-graduate political studies at the University of Strasbourg. Long time employee of Radio Free Europe in Munich (editor, director of radio broadcast, deputy director). Correspondent for weekly magazine "Time" and for Polish journals in London, Paris and New York. Director of the Polish Library in Paris.

After the regime change, first Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to NATO, Ambassador to the Western European Union in Belgium and Luxembourg (1992-1997). Senior Associate Member of St. Antony's College (Oxford). Lecturer at the Polish University Abroad (London) and University of Opole. Mr. Krzeczunowicz is a member of the EAD Council of Ambassadors.
